What We Do at the Institute for Multidimensional Living
Being all of yourself is a joy. The Institute for Multidimensional Living exists to help you fully embody your authentic self—neurodivergent, queer, extrasensory, creative, or otherwise—and create a life that truly works for you.
We help you uncover and reclaim parts of yourself that may have been hidden away over time—because of other people’s comments, internalized judgments, trauma responses, or simply trying to “fit in.” Over the years, these dropped pieces can leave you feeling disconnected, uncertain, and unsure of your next step.
We’re not here to dwell on why you’ve streamlined your personality. We’re here to reactivate what makes you you. Who you are is beautiful, wanted, and worth bringing forward.
And here’s the magic: feeling good is just the beginning. Once you’re in your groove, life starts showing up differently. Opportunities, resources, ease, and excitement replace what you were tolerating before. We call this Multidimensional Results—because all areas of your life rise when you live in alignment with your whole self.
Our Sensory-Centered Approach
Your sensory experience shapes your quality of life—but most people aren’t taught how to understand it. Learning your sensory profile (or your child’s) can explain behaviors, coping strategies, learning styles, moods, and more. Getting your sensory needs recognized and met can free up energy, improve relationships, and open the door to new opportunities.

How a Session Flows
Before each coaching or sensory session, we tune in to see how we can be most helpful to you. Sometimes we receive a word or image that frames the session; other times, it simply confirms what you bring to the table. We’ll focus on what you want your life to feel like and map the easiest way to get there—keeping your unique neurotype, sensory needs, and life context in mind. You’ll leave with more clarity, more confidence, and practical steps to move toward your ideal life. And because our inner shifts transform our outer reality, these changes ripple through your daily experience.
Our Goal for You
We’ll keep re-focusing you toward your specific dream life until what you want shows up in your physical reality. It’s a little bit science, a little bit intuition—and it’s powerful. Consulting for film and television
I had few occasions to see positive portrayals of extrasensory and/or neurodivergent people on screen growing up in the 80’s and 90’s. Things are a little better now, but the vast majority of characters are still shallow stereotypes with the most extreme and negative attributes highlighted. Psychics are still shown to be charlatans and neurodivergent people are often either infantilized women or unemotional, hyper-intelligent men. This doesn’t have to be the case!
As a professional screenwriter, I understand what the limitations are of creating a well-rounded character. I’m happy to consult on your next project if you’d like an extra set of eyes and helpful suggestions to make your story even more compelling. Email me for more info: care@archelaus.com
